We do want to clarify a few important points. Notary services at our office are provided free of charge as a courtesy to our existing customers and affiliated business needs. We do not charge a fee for this service; however it is not offered to the general public. In all cases, all of my team members must follow proper notary procedures, including reviewing documents before notarizing. This is a legal requirement and not a matter of discretion. This is a standard procedure to protect all parties involved.

On the day of your visit, our team member was finishing up an application for an existing customer and was unable to help you immediately.

Additionally, there were concerns regarding the document being presented was incomplete/blank at the time and our team member asked her co-worker to help you immediately.
