"Allison Nguyen was an absolute jewel. I was frustrated and she was extremely patient and went above and beyond what I expected. She is definitely extremely customer oriented and focused!!!!!!! Can't thank her enough for her assistance with what I called in for originally. I especially appreciated her going the extra mile to assist me with changing my time on my computer as it was 5 hours ahead. Definitely a keeper. 100 plus, plus!!!!!"
